Privacy policy
Tennis Partner Cyprus is a free directory that lets tennis players in Cyprus find each other by level and city, and contact each other on WhatsApp. This page explains exactly what we hold about you and who can see it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

That is the complete list. We do not collect your location, we do not run analytics, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third party trackers on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is the token that keeps you signed in.
Who can see it
- Visitors who are not signed in see nothing. No profiles, no names, no numbers. This is enforced by database permissions, not only by the interface.
- Signed-in players see your profile and your WhatsApp number, and only while your profile is set to available.
- Set your profile to offline in My profile and you disappear from the directory and your number becomes unreadable, immediately.
We never sell your data, never share it for advertising, and never send your number to anyone who is not a signed-in player on this site.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase, database and authentication, hosted in the European Union.
- Cloudflare, website hosting and delivery.
- Resend, sending your sign-in emails.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You give us this information so that we can show you in the directory and let other players contact you. That is the service you asked for, and you can withdraw from it at any time by setting your profile offline or deleting it.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. There is a Delete my profile and data button in My profile. It removes your profile and your number straight away. Write to us if you also want your sign-in account removed and we will do it.
Your rights
You are in the European Union, so you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Most of this you can do yourself in My profile in a few seconds. For anything else write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
This service is for adults. Do not create a profile if you are under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to you, we will say so by email.
